Returns & Cancellations

For all returns use the information listed below, and please contact us if you have any other questions.

  • Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging
  • Item(s) must be returned within 15-30 days of receipt
  • Must obtain an RMA# and correct return address in order to receive a credit
  • Customer is responsible for original freight, return freight and a restocking fee (between 15-50%)
  • Credits will not be issued for any item received with freight damage
  • If needed, please complete a decontamination form prior to return
Order Cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Please contact our customer service department immediately at [email protected]. Some items may not be cancelable. Confirm with your sales representative prior to placing your order. If the product has shipped prior to cancellation request, the order would classify as a return and all return fees would apply. See above Return information.
