Introducing PHCbi brands latest in vaccine and sample cold storage, the MPR Series ECO Pharmaceutical Glass Door Refrigerators. These units offer 19.5 cu. ft. of internal capacity for a large storage area with a small footprint of only 35.4”W x 25.5”D. The MPR Series ECO medical refrigerators are offered in two models. The MPR-S500H-PA which comes with 6 adjustable, wire shelves on both sides of the cabinet. The MPR-S500RH-PA which comes with 6 adjustable, wire shelves on the left side of the cabinet and 5 sliding drawer racks on the right side of the cabinet.
Eco-Friendly Vaccine Refrigerator & Temperature Uniformity
The MPR-S500 refrigerators feature Eco-Friendly, Natural Hydrocarbon Refrigerants (SNAP Approved R-600A, 45 g) which yield efficient cooling with low global warming potential and zero ozone depletion potential. Along with natural refrigerants, this unit features a proprietary inverter compressor algorithm [ICA] modulates the compressor motor speed according to temperature needs and uses less energy after door openings with faster recovery times (compared to standard compressors). Cool air distribution from the top third, bottom and cabinet front allows the refrigerator to maintain temperature uniformity, even at load capacity. Interior LED lights illuminate the interior of the cabinet allowing you to easily see and retrieve your samples. The LED lights also offer much lower energy consumption & heat emission than standard lights.
ECO Pharmaceutical Refrigerator Features State-of-the-Art Control Panel
An upgraded control panel is offered on the MPR ECO Pharmaceutical Refrigerator. This control panel features custom alarms and security. The microprocessor controller and OLED display provide convenient, secure user control. Featuring a six-digit keypad lock-out and a large, clear display that can easily be read from across a room. Temperatures are displayed in 0.1ºC increments, with customizable min/max displays for 12- or 24-hour periods. The control panel also displays (and archives) alarm logs with user-defined limits. You can also conveniently control the LED cabinet light settings for on, off, delay-off or automatic with door opening.
Sliding Glass Doors
The new MPR Series refrigerators feature sliding glass doors which help provide quicker access of samples while reducing air loss. Glass doors give users the ability to look for what they want within the refrigerator before you open the door. This reduces the time needed to hold the door open.
Designed to Save Space, Energy and Reporting Time
An ergonomic design and flexible shelf layout provide a clear view of stored materials with easy product access through the large, space-saving sliding glass door. This was designed to increase energy efficiency and protect stored materials from ambient temperatures. The insulated, dual-pane thermal glass doors are filled with argon gas to minimize heat transfer. Airflow across the surface of the door reduces condensation.
Integrated data logs monitor minimum and maximum temperatures over 12-and 24-hour periods, supporting CDC clinical recording recommendations. Temperature log, alarm, door opening and closing data are accessible via USB port as needed to support reporting requirement completion. Inventory security is supplemented with an integrated door key lock. Four casters facilitate easy movement of the unit, and the slim footprint is suitable for crowded facilities.
